01

Individual therapy

My primary focus is individual therapy for teens and young adults in seasons marked by pressure, transition, anxiety, and the exhausting feeling that you should be handling life better than this.

Many of my clients are capable, responsible, and high-achieving, but internally overwhelmed, anxious, self-critical, or exhausted.

I commonly work with high-functioning anxiety, OCD patterns, trauma that continues to affect the present, grief and loss, major life transitions, and tension around faith and identity.

This work tends to be a strong fit when you're willing to reflect, experiment with new skills, and stay engaged even when the process feels uncomfortable.

This is not crisis care. If a higher level of support is needed, I will help connect you with appropriate local resources.

What this can include

  • 50-minute virtual sessions
  • Usually start weekly, then reassess
  • ACT and CBT informed
  • Trauma-informed lens

02

Faith & Feelings groups

Faith & Feelings groups offer a structured, confidential space to build emotional and relational resilience in a biblically grounded, evidence-based format.

Groups are virtual, age-specific, and offered as 12-week closed cohorts throughout the year.

This can be a strong fit if you want support that is relational, practical, and growth-oriented, especially when it helps to realize you are not the only one carrying what you're carrying.

Participants often report greater emotional clarity, stronger confidence navigating anxiety, and more alignment between what they believe and how they live.

What this can include

  • Evidence-based anxiety and regulation tools
  • Guided discussion and reflection
  • Identity and values exploration
  • Faith integration without pressure or performance

03

Schools & organizations

I partner with Christian schools, churches, and youth organizations to support the emotional and relational health of their communities.

These partnerships can include student Faith & Feelings programs, parent workshops, staff development, curriculum support, and referral relationships for therapy services.

My role is collaborative. I come alongside as a thoughtful resource who can help build language, tools, and sustainable support around emotional health.

All organization services are currently offered virtually. Custom proposals and cohort pricing are available on request.

What this can include

  • Student groups and psychoeducation
  • Parent workshops
  • Staff professional development
  • Curriculum development and consultation

The Practical Side

What sessions usually look like, what they cost, and what to expect.

What sessions typically include

  • Processing a meaningful moment from your week
  • Identifying thoughts, emotions, and protective patterns
  • Exploring underlying values and familiar relational themes
  • Practicing grounding or awareness tools
  • Optional between-session reflection practices

A Note on Readiness

You don't need to wait until your life is falling apart to start therapy.

At the same time, therapy works best when you're willing to show up and engage in the process. If you're unsure whether now is the right time, that's okay. A 15-minute consultation can help you get a sense of whether this feels like a good next step.
